...on a big sheet of fabric from Some no Anbo (染の安坊), one of the three shops in Asakusa that make and sell tenugui (手ぬぐい), the oblong cotton towels that come in countless designs and colors. And which, like everything in Japan, differentiate depending on the season. This sheet of fabric at Some no Anbo also changes according to season --something like a tenugui for the shop itself.
