Ibaraki (茨城) is a prefecture north of Tokyo with enough sake breweries to justify a shop presenting them in Asakusa --it offers tasting of different labels, sale of bottles and accessories and in the evening it becomes a bar serving the particular sake. Very good idea and a very nice kimonoed lady running the place when we visited it.
