Or in Japanese "ichi-go ichi-e" (一期一会), one of the saying that have been associated with sado (茶道), what some still insist also calling "tea ceremony". What it means is that is moment is unrepeatable and should be appreciated as such and can be often seen in vertical calligraphies like this in places where sado is performed. Here it isn't of course a real calligraphy but a photograph and the unique opportunity is to eat eel aka "unagi" (鰻/うなぎ). Brought to you by the Japan Unagi Association.
