It's not the first time I see a surf shop in an unlikely place in Japan -or even in Tokyo. But this one, in Ueno, seems to me particularly weird. Perhaps because it's rather close to the Shinobazu pond and with in my mind I get this image of someone surfing in there among the lotuses and the ducks.
