(1937) Bacche, bene venies gratus et optatus

In view of the consumption tax (aka VAT) raise from 8% to 10% from October 1st and sparked by our rather recent interest in sake, we thought we'd stock so here's the results! From left to right, Kubota Senju Ginjo (久保田千寿吟醸) from Niigata, Tama no Hikari Bizen Omachi Junmai Dai-Ginjo (玉乃光備前雄町純米大吟醸) from Kyoto, Urakasumi Zen (yes, that "Zen") Junmai Ginjo (浦霞禅純米吟醸) from Miyagi and Dassai 45 Junmai Dai-Ginjo (獺祭45純米大吟醸) from Yamaguchi. Our impressions so far are very good since all are in the "excellent" category and beyond -for the record, this means a price tag of about 20$/bottle. And no, we didn't buy them all at once!
