"Cheese" (チーズ) means of course "cheese" in English. "Κibun" doesn't mean anything in English but "気分" means "mood" in Japanese. All together it means a snack of the "o-senbei" (おせんべい) variety made of rice flour and with a cheese flavor but I'm sure anyone who has read Nihon Arekore before won't have trouble figuring it out already.
