You can only find them in makeshift outdoors “restaurants”, that is in the food stalls near certain temples, in some parks and in almost all fairs and they are a very distinctive example of what is called “B’ Class Gourmet (i.e. cheap local delicacies that have become popular all over the country): burgers made of ramen noodles and filled with all the toppings you’d put on normal ramen.
