...that trouble people a lot in the railroad network that services the Tokyo metropolitan area is this: a line that changes names from area to area. In this example it is the Hanzomon Line (半蔵門線) of the Tokyo Metro (東京メトロ) company that has this name only between Shibuya and Oshiage. East of Oshiage its called Tobu Skytree Line (東武スカイツリーライン) and west of Shibuya it is called Tokyo Denentoshi (田園都市線) and is operated by two different companies, Tobu (東武) and Tokyu (東急), respectively.
