...so when they do, it's good to know where and this restaurant in Ueno makes it clear that it is one such place. Incidentally, the most common way of cooking lamb in Japan is grilling it with vegetables and this is called "jinkisukan" (ジンギスカン) i.e. "Genghis Khan" --oddly enough this shop doesn't offer it.
