The question is "why laba?" (which in Japanese it's also read "raba"). The mule on the left replies "My father, a donkey, my mother a horse, I, mule" ("raba" in Japanese). And the lady on the right replies "Twice a week, I sweat --I, LAVA" (also read "raba" in Japanese). An ad, for a hot yoga studio called "LAVA".
