...and Japan in general, is full of small shrines dedicated to Inari, god of rice, I mean it. This one is in the area called Iriya (入谷), north-east of Asakusa, towards Ueno and from what I saw, it had no name. Just a place so people in the neighborhood can pray to Inari.
