In front of an izakaya in Ueno, a doll of Saigo Takamori (西鄕 隆盛, 1828-1877), the actual "last samurai" who is something like a national hero in Ueno since his most famous statue in Japan, also depicted with a little dog is in the eastern side of the hill/park, overlooking the whole area. And Tokyo.
