(2203) In an alley near Nihonbashi...

...among the big buildings, a small sushiya, MIyako Zushi (美家古寿司) allegedly related to Hanaya Yohei (華屋與兵衛, 1799–1858) allegedly the creator of the sushi we know today as "nigiri" (にぎり/握り) or "Edo Mae" (江戸前).
