At Kaminarimon gate, symbol of Asakusa and Tokyo in general; as I wrote when they took the previous down the lantern is changed every fife years and usually the change is accompanied by a ceremony with crowds etc. Because of the epidemic though, this year they replaced it at night so we just saw it in front of us this morning, bright new and shiny. It's a shame there are no tourists anymore to see it.
