It's called "Haibara" (榛原/はいばら) and specializes in handmade washi (和紙) paper; unfortunately pictures weren't allowed so for its really beautiful items you'll need to go to their website. The building itself is also nice though and certainly different from what you see in the neighborhood these days. (Nihonbashi, therefore historic commercial center, therefore, very expensive, therefore big and expensive office buildings.)
