One of the things I find very interesting in Japan are the "region days" in central spots, like here in JR's Ueno Station. What it is about is that various prefectures or cities or areas from all over Japan use these spots as expo booths to promote their products or their tourism. Here the prefecture is Chiba (千葉) which is close enough to Tokyo to provide it one of its airports, Narita (Narita/成田 is a city in Chiba).
