In Ueno, the panda-official mascot of the area, Uepan (うえぱん) wearing a hat that points to JR's station, the area's point of reference for most Japanese and a plain panda from the zoo, the area's other point of reference for most Japanese, tell us to enjoy their neighborhood thanking us that we maintain social distancing and wear our masks. At JR's station, of course.
