...just the text on the sign which includes the English word "girls" and the Japanese phrase "first thighs then face" made me wonder (well, not really). When I looked it up and found that "keirin" is a type of bicycle race, it made a different type of sense -although I still find it a weird way to advertise a women's bicycle racing event.
