...but sometimes they do things that make them ugly, says (more or less) Tokyu, one of the railroad companies operating lines in Tokyo and Kanagawa. The "thing that makes them ugly" is putting on makeup in the train and, oddly enough, the particular campaign managed to annoy even the Japanese. Why applying makeup is considered one of the most train remains unclear.
