One of the benefits of having friends in high (and low) places is that they introduce you to things you’d probably not have found yourself like the workshop of the Kojima family of ceramists. Not only their pieces wouldn’t look out of place in the most expensive shops of Roppongi or Ginza but they themselves are very likeable people.
