To be precise, this street, called "Sakura Dori" (桜通り) connects Nihonbashi to the area called Yaesu (八重洲) which is in the eastern side of Tokyo Station. This is exactly that spot: Yaesu entrance/exit, one of the two main to Tokyo Station is behind me, right across Sakura Dori.
