The whole of Enoshima is, essentially, a shrine but the actual shrine, Enoshima Jinja (江ノ島神社) is at the top of a hill. This shrine here, on the foot of the hill, at sea level, is a branch of the actual shrine specializing in blessing cars --because cars can' t go up the hill and get to the actual shrine.
