...or Bunka no Hi (文化の日), i.e. November 3rd, has many facets in Japan. One is the celebrations of the Meiji Jingu shrine in Shibuya's Harajuku that is dedicated to emperor Meiji whose birthday were the initial reason that this day became a national holiday. Participating in the celebrations was JA group aka Nokyo (農協) the association of 694 regional agricultural co-ops from all over the country; here by offering a boat made of vegetables that was set next to Meiji Jingu's first gate.
