Ebisu (恵比寿), one of the seven gods of good fortune (also) associated with New Year's, floating over Nakamise Dori, the shopping street leading to Asakusa's Sensoji temple. Hugging a fish since he is the god of fishing and commerce --and therefore a favorite of the people of Edo, old Tokyo.
