Taito-kun (台東くん) the mascot of our ward, Taito, dressed as a policeman of the Edo Period (Taito takes its role as a guardian of Edo culture very seriously) points out some etiquette rules lying down on the sidewalk. His English isn't exactly perfect but he gets the message through.
