OK, not “all” but at least the sweet bun filled with red bean paste called “anpan” (あんパン): it’s the Kimuraya bakery in Ginza, which supposedly came up with it in 1875 as a snack for the Emperor Meiji. And because in Japan, things with a lot of history remain popular, it’s always filled with customers –and not just with those who want to buy anpan.
