...since what (I assume) they want to say i.e. "restaurant specializing in the very high quality beef from the four Japanese breeds of cattle collectively called "wagyu" (和牛)" doesn't exactly roll off the tongue particularly as a shop's catch phrase. On the other hand, there is such a thing as "too much minimal".
